Being realistic is fundamental. There is no such thing as a perfect morning and you will always find obstacles. Having other people around the house will disturb the perfect flow of morning habits you’ll try to achieve and having a smartphone beeping constantly during those early hours will achieve the same result. The message here is that creating a balanced morning routine isn’t the same as being a morning person, or actually finding a lot of enjoyment and peace in the morning. You should strive for something a little better, or at least more efficiency, and then give yourself a pat on the back for it.
Don’t compare yourself to others. Not everyone is able to start the day off with a smile. You may be going through a hard time. You may be sick, or worried that someone else is sick, or maybe you’ve been through a heartbreaking experience. If you don’t feel joy the moment you wake up, that’s fine. You’ll get through this.
“Planning only prepares you for what you can expect to come ahead” but life will always get in the way. Even if you plan your morning by the minute, there’s almost a one hundred percent guarantee it won’t go exactly like that. The secret here is to learn how to get out of the rut and stay as consistent as is allowed and not as consistent as you want to. Finding at least one or two habits per morning that you need to guarantee that will happen is a way to kickstart your morning. These can change throughout time but will make you feel at least a little bit more accomplished, even if you don’t do anything else. Right now, my two habits that surely happen every morning are exercise and studing. It can be something entirely different for you but what really matters is that you get into a streak of always being able to complete at least one or two habits in your morning routine before you start incorporating more activities.
And of course that the thing that will help you the most in gaining that major motivation boost is trying to make the morning the most creative and ambition-driven part of your day. by finding your passion, you’ll find the fuel you need to be energetic in those early hours. Learning a new skill or a new language, or working on a major project, as practical as it can be, will work as the core of your routine – that passion will justify why you’re waking up so early and all the other small habits will revolve around that major creative outlet as a way to support it. You’ll eat, go on a walk and shower because you want your body to be prepared to engage in a creative or challenging activity; you’ll exercise, clean your house because you want to feel your best and want to prepare the space around you accordingly for that task
You should also remember that planning out your morning routine in your calendar is a good way to make sure that you’re weighing your priorities correctly. Saying “yes” to a new event or a new task to complete is saying no to something else. Piling up things in your schedule because you’re seeking other people’s approval or looking forward to staying busy all the time isn’t a good way to invest your time into a hobby or an activity that actually makes you feel like you’re developing your skills or simply feel joyful. That’s why it’s important to bring at least a little bit of mindfulness to your morning through bullet journaling or morning pages and simply allowing yourself to do other more mundane tasks while being aware of what you’re doing and feeling. Crossing tasks off your to-do list isn’t necessarily a sign of productivity or a successful day – putting mindful thought behind that to-do list and figuring out where it gets you headed is what will help you create a morning that ir worth waking up to.

apart from these, game promotes teamwork and the law that it warrants make us a disciplined man that is do what you are supposed to do for example your position in the ground like a batsman in cricket how you can make more opportunities that you find , buil tolerance level in you, appreciate your team made for his or her excellence ,feel sorry if you make a mistake , pacify your teammates who committed a mistake as this will develope in you the quality of forgiveness , render first aid to the injured even if he or she belongs to your opponent team.
Never pull a face even if the opponent team wins the match. Instead, analyse with your team members and coach where it went wrong and correct them only experience makes one a good player . It is said by Vince lombardi world famous football coach had said “it is not whether you get knocked down it is wheather you get up that matters”
1. Simplifying notes: simplifying notes not only makes them more effective in how they structure relevant information and key points, but the act of using less complex means to write notes boosts your attention in class, allows you to write more and summarize as you go. I’ve been using this method for almost one month and I never had batches of notes as good as these.
2. Making study guides for dummies : a study guide is a life saver before an exam, but a study guide for dummies is even better. These are notes that only you are going to read. Simplifying the language, inserting obvious references and ridiculous examples will improve memory retention and create connections between concepts that otherwise would be too obscure to explain.
3. Simplifying your planning system: having one thousand apps doing the same thing or changing between five different planners will do you more harm than good. Make sure your planning system is only divided into 1) events, 2) tasks and 3)long-term planning and chose the appropriate tools to prevent you from deviating and getting more planning tools than you actually need.
4. Finding a distraction-free environment: a distraction-free environment can mean different things for different people, but the goal here is to avoid the things that prevent you from being in a focused state. For instance, I can be perfectly focused in an environment with no one and no noise but I can’t be focused when there are people around, Find the factors that impact your concentration levels and try to reduce them as much as possible.
5. Going beyond usual study materials and getting involved with the topic: this is one of those study tips that not everyone has the time to do (because sometimes life is just hectic) but if you do have the time for this, I can guarantee it will help you in a way that almost no other study tip will help you. Conducting research on a topic in your own way, creating your own methods for investigating a certain question or concept, finding articles and textbooks outside of the traditional scope will enhance your learning process a lot and create a whole background for the things you’ve learned in the past that you couldn’t get any other way
6. Mock presentations before tests & exams: these can take a huge chunk of your time but they probably replace two or three revisions. Doing a mock presentation on a subject or pretending like you’re explaining a topic out loud to a friend forces you to process information in a completely different way, using less formal words and sentences and most of all, connect the relevant information to convey a message or an idea instead of memorizing for the sake of memorizing.
7. Create reading reports – a so called reading report is basically a summary of the information present in a book, article or other document. It allows you to focus on the most important ideas and arguments outlines by the author and draw a conclusion. For classes that really heavily on reading, this is a great way to create a review and your own interpretation of the lectured information and have everything neatly compiled in a folder.
8. Prepare classes with the expectation of being called: preparing your classes believing your are going to participate is a great way to make sure you’re not forgetting any of the essentials and delve well into the topic that is being lectures. The amount of active preparation throughout the semester ensures that all of that material is consolidated by the end of your term.
9. Start studying for tests and exams two to three weeks in advance: studying one or two days before an exam or an important test was a sure way to have a mediocre grade. I tried as much as possible to organize my study and using a calendar to divide chapters per days or weeks and cover all of the information calmly before my exam arrived.

Consistency is the only thing that makes your methods stick and do their magic. Without discipline, a foolproof workflow will fail on its tracks. In fact, consistency is more important than your methods because, most of the time, independently of the method you choose to do your work, consistency will be the thing that dictates your success. That is why that after 8 years of studying in school, I have found success while studying only by taking notes, or mindmapping or simply reading the textbook. When looking back I was puzzled to notice that it didn’t seem like there was a perfect study method for me – however I concluded that the only thing there was in common in my success stories was consistency and the thing there was in common in all my failures was a lack of it. I am still struggling to stay consistent but I am atleast making an effort.
Methods are important but secondary. There is high value in mastering different techniques and understanding what’s the type of workflow or learning process that works best for you however, forming a habit out of picking any method will be the detrimental factor in your success. When you experience this, you will notice you can have the same results with different methods; however, most of the times, these good marks will result from a consistent and continued undertaking of those methods.
Consistency, of course, can manifest itself in different forms. It can be seen as a simple habit-tracking formula, where you commit to do a certain activity, like studying, every day. It can also manifest into a deeper involvement with the subject-matter – something particularly important with language learning, for example. Getting involved with the subject in ways outside the scope of your class will boost that consistency. Things like going to conferences, reading articles, talking to people about the subject, writing an independent paper, watch a documentary although you’re not working in the most traditional way, you’re improving your understanding of the subject in a more organic manner, making progress and becoming more consistent
Know that there isn’t a best method, a best technique or a best piece of tech or equipment to dictate your success. There are different ways to reach a certain result and although it’s advisable that you try to adapt to more generally efficient ways to produce good quality work, they are not exclusive. Developing your autonomy and re-adapting to the situation at hand is more important than being stubborn and sticking to the same methods over and over again. In that way, being a mindful student or a mindful worker that understands how they can incorporate a steady workflow into a busy lifestyle is more important than spending hours mindmapping your entire textbook the night before an exam and compromise your understanding of the subject.
